Activities

Meetings
Our late spring meeting has an historical theme relevant to our position as an American Patriotic group living in Canada.  We invite like-minded groups such as the Sons of the American Revolution, United Empire Loyalists, and those in the Ontario Historical Society to join us for this event.

Charities and Projects
Upper Canada generously supports Friends of Bag Ladies, the daytime walk-in centre for homeless women on the streets of Toronto.

We are currently assessing historically oriented projects in Ontario such as an 18th century garden, and care and repair of American Revolutionary gravestones.

News &Events

Ms American Pie

The American Pie Party

This delicious tradition was begun in 1989 and has been a popular event held around the American Thanksgiving.  Spouses, friends, and interested parties are all invited.

Other events throughout the year include luncheons at historic locations and informal get-togethers with DAR members and friends.

Visiting Daughters of the American Revolution are always a grand excuse for a social event over lunch, tea, or dinner. Let us make your visit such an occasion! Email us at uppercanadadar@hotmail.com for more information on these events.
