James McKamy/McKamey. Born 1-13-1753, Augusta County, VA. Died 5-2-1845, Blount County, TN. Married to Agnes (Nancy) Telford/Tedford. Name on marker is James McKamy, but chapter members' research found the name McKamey used elsewhere. The name on his son's marker in the same cemetery is "David McKamey." |
